Attorney Frederickie A. Rizos
Attorney Frederickie A. Rizos, a Southampton, MA native, has been a part of Parker & O’Grady, LLC since 2014, starting while she was still a student at Western New England University. With a strong focus on real estate law, business and corporate law, and estate planning, she combines her local roots with a deep understanding of the law to offer her clients insightful and effective legal counsel.

Attorney Jerome D. Parker-O'Grady, Managing Counsel
Attorney Jerome D. Parker-O’Grady is the Managing Counsel of Parker & O’Grady, LLC. Before returning to the firm, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office, handling appeals before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. He is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and holds a Master’s degree in Law and Public Policy.

Cheryl A. Parker, Of Counsel
Attorney Cheryl A. Parker has served the legal needs of her clients since first opening up her solo practice in the Trading Post corner of Southampton, Massachusetts in March of 1984. Attorney Parker offers clear, uncomplicated, and expert guidance to all of her clients.

Hon. William J. O’Grady, (Ret.), Of Counsel
Attorney William J. O’Grady retired from his position as First Justice of the Westfield District Court in January 2020 and returned to Parker & O’Grady, LLC in an “Of Counsel” capacity. Until 2014, Attorney O’Grady had practiced civil and criminal litigation in state and federal courts since 1980. He was appointed to the bench by Governor Deval Patrick in 2014.

Tyler J. Kenefick, Of Counsel
Attorney Tyler J. Kenefick is a dedicated and highly experienced attorney specializing in municipal litigation, criminal defense, and civil rights law. With a career spanning roles in both the public and private sectors, Attorney Kenefick brings a wealth of knowledge and a results-driven approach to Parker & O’Grady.

Legal Assistant – Deborah L. Dal Zovo
Deborah L. Dal Zovo, raised in Springfield, MA, has been with Parker & O’Grady, LLC since 1997. She works closely with Attorney Parker and now Attorney Rizos on estate planning, probate administration, and business matters. A High School of Commerce Salutatorian and Springfield Technical Community College graduate, Debbie previously worked for S. Joseph Ciccia, Esq. for 20 years before joining Parker & O’Grady.
