Attorney Cheryl A. Parker is a founding partner of Parker & O’Grady, LLC, bringing over four decades of legal experience to the firm’s clients. Born and raised in Southampton, she combines deep community roots with expertise in estate planning, probate administration, real estate, and business law.
Cheryl grew up in Southampton and attended Williston Northampton School in Easthampton, Massachusetts. She earned a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Union College in Schenectady, New York, in 1979. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts, in 1983.
In March 1984, Attorney Parker opened her solo practice in the Trading Post corner of Southampton, laying the groundwork for the present-day firm. She later partnered with William J. O’Grady to form Parker & O’Grady, LLC, and now serves in an Of Counsel capacity. Cheryl concentrates her practice in four core areas: estate planning, probate administration, real estate transactions, and business & corporate law. She guides clients through drafting wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and health care proxies to ensure their wishes are honored and assets protected.
Committed to her hometown, Cheryl has served on local boards and volunteered her expertise to community organizations across Hampshire and Hampden counties.
