Jerome D. Parker-O’Grady serves as the Managing Counsel of Parker & O’Grady, LLC, where he continues the legacy of the firm co-founded by his parents, William J. O’Grady and Cheryl A. Parker. Raised in a household grounded in legal service and public advocacy, Jerome brings a generational perspective to the practice of law—blending tradition with a forward-thinking approach to meet the evolving needs of his clients.

Jerome’s experience spans a broad range of legal areas, including real estate transactions, estate planning, business formation and compliance, liquor licensing, and criminal appeals. He is known for delivering personalized, strategic counsel to individuals, families, and small businesses across Massachusetts. In addition to his client work, he manages the firm’s operations, including its finances, compliance, and day-to-day administration.

Before returning to the family firm, Jerome served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Appeals Unit of the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office, where he represented the Commonwealth before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. His earlier experience includes judicial and legislative internships, legal policy work, and appellate litigation—giving him a deep understanding of the intersections between law, government, and the public interest.

Jerome holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, where he focused on intellectual property and information security law. He also earned a Master’s degree in Law and Public Policy from Northeastern, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Saint Michael’s College, graduating cum laude.
