SOUTHAMPTON, MA – Parker & O’Grady is proud to welcome Frank Flannery as the new litigation attorney for our Southampton and Springfield law offices. He joins the firm to take over the duties of William O’Grady, who was recently confirmed to an appointment as Associate Justice of the Chicopee District Court.

With 20 years of experience as both a trial lawyer and prosecutor, Flannery has successfully navigated both sides of the criminal justice system – most recently, as a First Assistant DA for the Hampden County District Attorney’s Office. He also spent many years in private practice, where he represented both criminal and civil clients in District, Superior, and Housing Court. “Attorney Flannery’s expert litigation experience has allowed him to step right into William O’Grady’s shoes, ensuring we’re able to provide the same high level of service that Parker & O’Grady is known for,” Cheryl Parker said.

Flannery was also a District and Superior Court prosecutor in the Northwestern District Attorney’s office, where he was the Chief of the Elders and Persons with Disabilities Unit.

Flannery earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts Amherst before attending Willamette University School of Law in Oregon. In addition to his experience in criminal defense, Flannery will represent clients in cases regarding personal injury, civil litigation, and liquor licensing.
